"It is always a pleasure to chat with the State Farm agents at Bob's office; whether in person or by phone. I feel like they are my friends too; making sure everything is OK in my life - had a few things going on recently and now thru the worse of it. I met with Mary Ellen on Monday 2/23/26 to discuss possibly adding a specific item to my policy or if it was already covered. After tossing it around for a bit, came to the best decision. Not only Mary Ellen, but all the agents go out of their way to make sure my questions are answered thoroughly regarding potential policy changes. I always need to know that the coverage that I have is enough, you don't want to find later that you were underinsured. I also know it is important that I give my agent the whole "picture" so they be certain they are covering my needs sufficiently. But.....as policyholder you should review your polices when they renew or even if you anticipate purchasing a new car to find out what your rate could be prior to finalizing that purchase. Without a doubt, I would recommend the Oderwald Agency to everyone!"

"We have damage from the last ice storm with hail. State Farm and their claims adjuster made it simple. They came out assessed the damage, and next day we had our report and. 2 weeks later we are getting fixed. Thank you State Farm. Bob Oderwald office have been our insurer for over 35 years, they go above and beyond for the best customer service. Always helpful, knowledgeable, your staff is the best !"
